The Barn

The Barn is the centrepiece of celebrations at Boatmere Barn, offering a warm, character-filled setting where your day flows seamlessly from dining to dancing. Designed with both charm and practicality in mind, it provides the perfect space to gather friends and family in comfort and style.

For your wedding breakfast, the Barn can seat up to 100 guests, creating an intimate yet lively atmosphere where everyone can share in the moment. Exposed brick walls, towering wooden beams, and rustic details give the space a timeless quality, while its flexibility allows you to style it to suit your vision — from elegant banquet tables to relaxed trestle seating. With space to accommodate up to 200 guests in total, it’s equally suited to a vibrant evening reception.

Adding to the experience is the built-in two-sided bar, cleverly positioned to serve both the reception space and the dance floor. This ensures guests can enjoy a drink without ever missing a moment of the celebration, keeping the atmosphere flowing from day to night.

As the evening unfolds, attention naturally turns to the 16 x 16 ft dance floor — a dedicated space for music, laughter, and letting loose. Suspended rustic tools on the ceiling nod to the Barn’s heritage, while delicate strings of fairy lights cast a soft, romantic glow that transforms the space into something truly magical. Whether it’s the first dance or the final song of the night, the Barn sets the perfect scene for unforgettable memories.

The Lawn

The Lawn is the perfect outdoor setting to welcome your guests and begin your celebrations in style. It’s also a wonderful spot for live music or a performer to entertain as everyone arrives, adding a personal touch and setting the tone for the day.

Framed by a charming flower-filled border, carefully crafted using reclaimed London Underground railway sleepers, the Lawn combines natural beauty with a touch of rustic character. This thoughtful detail creates a space that feels both unique and welcoming, making it a favourite spot for guests to gather.
